To ensure the smooth operation of the upcoming international conference, the following guidelines are hereby formulated. Please read them carefully and comply with them.
Ⅰ. Identification Requirements
All participants must carry their valid passports or identity cards, along with their conference registration confirmation letter (electronic or paper version acceptable) to enter the venue.
During the conference, please keep your participant identification with you at all times to facilitate identity verification by staff and access to conference services.
Ⅱ. Dress Code
During the conference, it is recommended that all participants dress in formal or business casual attire to show respect and importance to the event.
For visiting activities, please wear comfortable and mobile clothing and shoes to better participate in various events.
Ⅲ. Early Arrival Requirements
All participants are requested to arrive at the venue at least 45 minutes in advance to complete registration, collect conference materials, and acclimatize to the environment while confirming relevant information with the conference organizing team.
For the opening ceremony and important keynote speeches, please arrive early to take your seats and maintain order in the venue.
Ⅳ. Conference Discipline
During the conference, please set your mobile phones to silent or vibrate mode to avoid disturbing others.
Smoking, eating, or loud talking is strictly prohibited in the venue. Please maintain a clean and quiet environment, respecting different cultures and beliefs.
Show respect to each speaker's presentation. Recording, filming, or photographing without permission is not allowed.
If you wish to ask a question or participate in a discussion, please raise your hand for attention and wait for the moderator's consent before speaking to ensure the orderly conduct of the meeting.
Ⅴ. Notes on Visiting Activities
Visiting activities will follow a predetermined itinerary. Please arrive on time for group assemblies and follow the arrangements of the staff.
During the visits, please prioritize your safety, abide by the rules and regulations of each visited site, refrain from touching exhibits or engaging in dangerous behaviors.
Maintain environmental hygiene by not littering or vandalizing public facilities. Let's jointly preserve a clean visiting environment.
In case of an emergency, please remain calm and immediately contact on-site staff.
Ⅵ. Other Notes
During the conference, please take good care of your personal belongings. Should anything be lost, promptly inform the staff.
Simultaneous interpretation services will be provided to cater to participants of different nationalities.
An information desk will be set up at the conference venue. If you have any questions or need assistance, including language communication difficulties, please feel free to consult the conference staff.

Ⅶ. Traffic Guidence
Regarding the access to the hotel (the Hilton Garden Inn, Beijing Daxing International Airport and Lijun Hotel Beijing Daxing Airport Radisson ), you could either take a subway Line Beijing Daxing International Airport Express in Caoqiao Station (草桥站) or take a taxi.
1) Take the subway: you could get to Daxing Airport station from Caoqiao Station by Beijing Daxing International Airport Express Line first. 24-hour shuttle bus service to the hotel is available, a bus runs every 20 minutes. You can find the bus on the 4th floor, Gate 4. If your waiting time exceeds 20 minutes, feel free to contact the Hilton by phone no. 010-50849999, Radisson by phone No.15300150750 for assistance.
2) Take a taxi, taxi is easy to get in Beijing and the price is generally reasonable. Please let your driver know that you will go to Daxing Airport, and show him the specific hotel name/address:

受邀演讲嘉宾注册:大会受邀发言或演讲嘉宾可通过点击网站首页顶端“演讲嘉宾注册入口”进入注册页面,填写个人信息。也可通过扫描大会报名二维码,在移动端进行报名注册。

时间和地点:

会议现场报到时间截止到2024年9月25日10:00;
(2)
会议现场报到地点:北京大兴国际机场56°玫瑰园国际会议中心三层会议签到处。

报到流程和材料:
(1)
参会人员需持个人身份证明原件(身份证、护照)在大会签到处进行签到确认;
(2)
完成现场报到后可在签到处领取参会嘉宾证、用餐券和大会资料。

着装要求

会议期间,请随身携带参会证件,以便工作人员核对身份及享受会议提供的各项服务。

建议参会人员提前至少30分钟到达会场,完成签到并领取会议资料,以便适应环境并与会务组确认相关信息。

开幕式及重要演讲环节,请提前进入会场就座,保持会场秩序,会议期间,请将手机调至静音或振动模式。
